DreamColor Land Development is a local Real Estate Development and Investment Company. Our projects consist of a variety of real estate classes, residential, retail, and commercial, and are spread out in the Washington, Maryland, and Virginia Metropolitan area.

We are seeking a skilled Interpreter to join our real estate development team. As an Interpreter, you will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication between individuals who speak Chinese and English. Your ability to interpret and translate accurately will be essential in various fields, such as real estate, finance, tax, and business topics.

Responsibilities:

- Provide interpretation services to facilitate communication between individuals who speak Chinese and English
- Interpret conversations, meetings, and interviews accurately and in real-time
- Translate written documents, such as meeting minutes, business documents, and other related material
- Assist with language support in various settings, including office, meetings, phone calls
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards of ethics

Skills:
- Proficient in English and Chinese, with a strong command of both spoken and written communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Strong knowledge of business, real estate terminology and finance
- Familiarity with social work practices and terminology for social work interpretation
- Ability to accurately translate written documents while maintaining the original meaning
